The THE GITCO Travel platform is available to registered corporate entities, travel management companies, and their authorised employees. Individual consumer bookings are not supported unless made through an approved corporate account.
To access the full platform, your organisation must complete registration and KYC verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
You may use the platform solely for your organisation's internal travel management needs. Resale, sublicensing, or white-labelling of platform data or services without a separate written agreement is not permitted.
By using the platform you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. Traveller personal data must be handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations including the DPDP Act 2023.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; (b) upload malicious code; (c) manipulate pricing or availability data; (d) impersonate another user or organisation; or (e) conduct any activity that disrupts normal platform operations.
Access to THE GITCO Travel APIs is granted subject to a separate API agreement. Rate limits and data usage quotas apply. Violation of API terms may result in immediate access revocation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
