By accessing or using the THE GITCO Travel platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
THE GITCO Travel is a B2B travel management platform intended for corporate and agency use. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Unauthorised use, scraping, or commercial exploitation of platform data without consent is prohibited.
All bookings made through the platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective supplier. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment obligations arise at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier and fare type. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy page for full details. THE GITCO Travel acts as an intermediary and does not independently determine refund eligibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@thegitco.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
All content on the THE GITCO Travel platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of THE GITCO Travel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE GITCO Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or inability to access it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last revision is noted at the bottom of this page.
